Shinji Kanda is a Japanese illustrator and formally trained fine artist based in Kyoto. He is known for his contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), having started his career in this field with the Brilliant Stars expansion in 2022. His first cards included Magmar and Sawk.
