Kinu Nishimura (西村 キヌ, Nishimura Kinu) is a Japanese video game and anime concept artist and illustrator, best known for her character design and promotional art for Capcom's fighting games during the 1990s. She began her career at Capcom in 1991, working on titles such as Muscle Bomber and The King of Dragons. Nishimura contributed to the Street Fighter series, serving as the main illustrator for Street Fighter II and as a character designer for Street Fighter III and IV. She also worked on Capcom vs. SNK and Darkstalkers. After leaving Capcom in 2008, she continued to freelance for them, contributing to Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and various anniversary art books. In addition to her work with Capcom, Nishimura has illustrated cards for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including Single Strike Urshifu VMAX from the Battle Styles expansion. Her art has been featured in numerous art books and merchandise, and she is recognized as one of the most accomplished artists in the video game industry.
