Rika, known in Japan as Chili, is a character from the 2022 video game Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, set in the fictional region of Paldea. She is one of the strongest Pokémon Trainers in the region and is a member of the Elite Four, specializing in Ground-type Pokémon. Rika is characterized by her tall, slim figure, long green hair, and a cool yet friendly demeanor. She is voiced by Mitsuki Saiga in Japanese and Erika Ishii in English. Rika has gained popularity for her design and androgynous appearance, particularly among Japanese women. She first appeared in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and has also been featured in the Pokémon Trading Card Game, illustrating various cards.
