Mika Pikazo (ミカ ピカゾ), born in 1993 in Tokyo, is a prolific Japanese illustrator and character designer known for her distinctive style characterized by bold, vivid colors and youthful character proportions inspired by Japanese animation and manga. She pursued drawing from childhood and initially moved to Brazil for artistic exploration before returning to Japan, where she completed her first professional illustration commission within a year. Mika debuted in light novel illustration in 2015 and gained prominence through her work with virtual YouTuber Kaguya Luna in 2017. She has also designed characters for Hololive's Hakos Baelz and collaborated with Crypton Future Media on Hatsune Miku for the Vocaloid concert Magical Mirai. In video games, she contributed character designs for Fate/Grand Order and Fire Emblem Engage. Additionally, she illustrated cards for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including Volcarona and Petilil. Mika founded THE MOON STUDIO and has held major solo exhibitions, attracting significant visitor numbers.
