Kazuhisa Uragami (Japanese: 浦上和久) is a Tokyo-based illustrator known for his contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). His debut card illustration was Misdreavus, which appeared in the Ascended Heroes expansion. He has also illustrated Salandit in the Perfect Order expansion. According to Serebii.net, he has illustrated three Pokémon TCG cards, including reprints: Misdreavus, Salandit, and Crobat. Beyond the TCG, Uragami has a diverse illustration career, having studied at Aoyamajuku under Tatsuro Kiuchi and Zenji Funabashi. He later joined the atelier 'PEN STILL WRITES' and worked at animation studio Maison Hanko. His work includes book jackets, magazine illustrations, music-related art, advertisements, and web-based media. Uragami has received multiple accolades in global illustration competitions, including recognition from the Society of Illustrators and the Bologna International Children’s Book Fair. His cards are modestly valued, with multiple print variants available.
