About
Teeziro (Japanese: Ｔ字路) is an official illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and has produced various artwork for official Pokémon social media platforms. Their debut TCG illustration was Lycanroc from the 'Chilling Reign' expansion, which marked the start of their work as an official contributing artist. Teeziro was formerly a semifinalist in the Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix with a Charizard submission before becoming an official illustrator. They enjoy drawing large, 'huge monsters,' and are frequently assigned to portray larger Pokémon in card illustrations. Teeziro has illustrated approximately 83 to 90 cards, including 30 cards specifically for Pokémon TCG Pocket. They began drawing for the Pokémon TCG during the Sword & Shield – Chilling Reign expansion in 2021 and now work full-time as a freelance illustrator. Teeziro has also contributed illustrations for announcements on Pokémon HOME and shares independent works on X (formerly Twitter). Fans of the Pokémon TCG highly regard Teeziro for their distinctive style.
