Shinji Higuchi (樋口真嗣) is a Pokémon TCG illustrator known for his work on the Pokémon LEGEND cards, starting with the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion. He has co-illustrated all subsequent LEGEND cards in that series and has also contributed to art direction for two cards in the Undaunted expansion. His notable works include illustrations for cards such as Ho‑Oh LEGEND, Lugia LEGEND, and several pair LEGEND cards like Entei & Raikou and Rayquaza & Deoxys. In total, he has illustrated approximately 21 cards, including reprints. Sachiko Eba (江場左知子) is also a Pokémon TCG illustrator who began her work with the Unleashed expansion, co-illustrating five LEGEND cards in collaboration with Shinji Higuchi. Her contributions include the Entei & Raikou LEGEND and Suicune & Entei LEGEND cards. Both artists have made significant contributions to the Pokémon TCG.
