About
Misa Tsutsui (筒井海砂) is a Japanese illustrator born in 1970, known for her contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). She has illustrated a significant number of Pokémon cards, starting with the Ultra Prism set and has worked on approximately 95 unique cards across various expansions, including Sword & Shield and Scarlet & Violet. Some notable cards she has illustrated include Galarian Mr. Mime, Galarian Darmanitan, Dracozolt, Shiinotic, and Nickit. Tsutsui's work is recognized among Pokémon TCG illustrators, and she has contributed to both the main series and promotional series of the game. Her illustrations can be found in the official Pokémon TCG database and various card listing sites.
