About
Milky Isobe (Japanese: ミルキィ・イソベ) is a recognized illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). She has been contributing to the TCG since the Neo Genesis set and has illustrated approximately 19 cards, including reprints. Isobe is a former art director at Creatures, Inc., where she worked on the Pokémon TCG from its inception until the end of the Black & White Series. Her notable contributions include illustrations for various Energy cards such as Darkness Energy, Metal Energy, and Miracle Energy across multiple sets. Additionally, she illustrated the Alph Lithograph Trainer cards in the HeartGold & SoulSilver series. Beyond her work in the TCG, Isobe studied psychology at Tokyo Metropolitan University and co-founded the avant-garde publisher Atelier Peyotl, where she designed many publications.
