About
Mana Ibe (井部真那), born on November 27, 1985, in Tokyo, Japan, is a graphic designer and illustrator known for her contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and various Pokémon video games. She is credited as the illustrator of the Manectric card from the Platinum – Arceus expansion and has illustrated five cards across the Arceus and Cosmic Eclipse sets. Ibe began her Pokémon career with a 'Special Thanks' credit in Pokémon Platinum and later worked on character design and 3D map graphics in games such as Black and White, X and Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and served as Art Director for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. She has designed several iconic Pokémon, including Victini, Herdier, Stunfisk, and Klefki, contributing significantly to the franchise's visual identity.
