Keiko Moritsugu (森次慶子) is a Japanese artist born on January 7, 1985. She is known for her work in the Pokémon franchise, particularly as an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). Moritsugu illustrated the Heatran card from the Arceus expansion set, marking her contribution to the TCG. Additionally, she has played a significant role in the Pokémon video game series, being credited as 'Special Thanks' on Pokémon Platinum and as a character designer for Pokémon Black and White, as well as Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Her design work includes creating characters such as N, Reuniclus, Sigilyph, Klink, Klang, Klinklang, Reshiram, and Zekrom.
