Keiko Fukuyama, known in Japanese as ふくやまけいこ (original name: 福山慶子), is a freelance artist and illustrator recognized for her contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). She created illustrations for cards in the Southern Islands collection, also referred to as the 'Rainbow Island' aspect, released around 1999, and continued to contribute illustrations in 1999 and 2002.
