About
Kanako Eo (江尾可奈子) is a graphic designer and illustrator known for her work on the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). She has illustrated over 105 cards for the TCG, with her earliest known illustration being Shroomish from the EX Deoxys expansion. Her contributions extend to 15 additional cards for the Pokémon TCG Pocket format. Eo has been employed by Game Freak since at least 2002, where she has worked on design and graphics for various main-series Pokémon games and served as a conceptual character designer for several Pokémon movies. In addition to her TCG work, she illustrated the Mysterious Pirate Ship Pokémon Tales book, which is available through the Pokémon Daisuki Club website. Kanako Eo's prolific contributions have made her a notable figure in the Pokémon community.
