Tetsuya Koizumi, also known by the pseudonym Scav, is a Japanese illustrator recognized for his contributions to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). He was formerly credited under the name Tetsuya Koizumi (小泉哲哉) and has illustrated at least 61 cards under this name. His first card was Tangrowth from the Burning Shadows expansion. From the Brilliant Stars expansion onward, he has been credited as Scav, starting with the Full Art Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX card. His notable works include illustrations for cards such as Pignite in the Sword & Shield: Battle Styles expansion and Growlithe in the Double Blaze set. Koizumi's artwork has been featured across various expansions, showcasing his significant impact on the Pokémon TCG.
