Suwama Chiaki (諏訪間千晃) is a prominent illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, born on March 7, 1969, in Fujisawa, Japan. She graduated from Tama Art University with a focus on design. Suwama began her career as a freelance illustrator after working for two years at a design firm. She has illustrated approximately 100 to 121 Pokémon cards, with notable works including *Combusken* from the EX Crystal Guardians expansion, *Morelull*, *Medicham*, *Piplup*, and *Dusclops*. Her artistic style is characterized by soft shading and light coloring, reminiscent of Atsuko Nishida. Since 2007, she has been a certified Pokémon card illustrator and continues to create various illustrated products. Suwama also taught design and CG at Tama Art University until 2006.
